Our focus at MissChelle's is YOU, our customer. Our goals and policies compliment each other. We desire to please you and give you the best hair cut, color, products used and our honest opinions. Honesty is our most important policy. In return we build a relationship which makes you look and feel your best. If you are unhappy with something, let us know. We stand behind our work and products. If you are not happy with a product you have purchased, bring it back and we will find you something different or refund your money. For hair color and cuts our same policy applies, no questions asked.
We are not magicians and we do our best to achieve what you desire as the final outcome on your color. However, there is a lot that plays into hair color. We love to take the time to consult with each of our clients to determine what is desired to at the appointment and do our very best to meet those expectations. Based on the results, if the hair has not met the your desired expectations and you are unhappy we will gladly do our very best to fix your hair at no charge within 72 hours. The same goes for hair cuts, if you are not happy we will gladly adjust within 72 hours of services. As mentioned earlier we want you to feel and look your very best when leaving MissChelle's and that is our goal, we stand behind our word and our policies and that is the truth!

Our Cancellation Policy
Due to recent increase in same day cancellations - we are requiring and enforcing a 24hr cancellation policy. If it is less than 24 hours we will charge you $40. This charge will be added on to your next appointment or we will request it electronically if that is your normal method of payment. This policy is effective March 1st, 2022 - thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
